Return Policy

Before the order is shipped, the customer can cancel the order and get a full refund. Once the goods are shipped, the customer cannot cancel the order.

Customers can choose to return the goods within 21 days after receiving package.

All return items must be returned undamaged. We allow package damage, not product damage. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

We will afford the shipping due to product quality problems, if not, customers should afford shipping.

All returned items must be repacked and returned in their original packaging for protection.

When we receive the items returned by the consumer, the money will be returned by the original payment method, and customer will get the money within 3 business days.
